When I was in just in High School , I quit because I wanted to be the next Igor Strawinsky . I became a recluse for 2 years , never left my house or saw anyone and studied the scores of most 20th century Orchestral Music composers. I was a weird kid. Being the son of 2 full time working musician parents (woodwinds , piano and bass) I eventually got into “the business”.
I’ve been in the music “business” for 28 years doing every type of music in all forums .Shows , radio and tv jingles , movie soundtracks , concerts , club gigs , weddings , barmitzvah’s , cruise ships , I even played electric bass and marched in a high school marching band !!
During that time I studied and performed Jazz and Fusion music. I composed and arranged several hundred pieces of music just to learn what I liked hearing……I never thought it would mean anything because my mentality was that of a regularly working, sideman musician. But now, after all those years I’m finally working on 2 debut solo albums !!
